We’ll pick-up your computer or hardware, replace or RMA it, and bring it back to you at your convenience, saving you time and money.

• Please fill and submit the form before our colleague contact you via Whatsapp.
• For packing the pc / hardware, please pack it properly back in its original box, bubble wrap it and place it in another box, for full rig PC please put it back into the original box with its styrofoam, If the graphics card ( GPU ) is big and heavy; Remove it and place it into the original box for packing.  We will send GD Express to pickup the parcel once packing is done ( We DO NOT cover any physical damages caused from shipping; As such, the customer will bare the risk and take sole responsibility for any form of  physical damage due to bad packaging ).
• Shipping and service charges may be applicable IF hardware tested non faulty, warranty rejected due to being voided, and / or caused by hardware not purchased from Ideal Technology Trading, Ideal Tech PC Sdn Bhd, & Ideal Tech Services Sdn Bhd. The final decision lies with the staffs of Ideal Tech PC Sdn Bhd and Ideal Tech Services Sdn Bhd.
• Please take note that The FREE PICKUP AND RETURN SERVICES covers all the products purchased from Ideal Technology Trading, Ideal Tech PC Sdn Bhd and Ideal Tech Services Sdn Bhd that is still under warranty only.
